Do you offer refund and exchanges?

Is it safe to order from your store?Yes – it is 100% Safe & Secure. To ensure the highest level of internet security we use 256- Bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology on our webstore, so you can rest assured all your information is safe & secure
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship daily to numerous destinations overseas – postage is calculated based on your destination and the weight of the parcel.
If at anytime the postage seems excessive, please contact us at sales@sugarskulls.com.au. It may be that the weights used to calculate the postage are out on site which would give an incorrect total. We can re-weigh the items you are wanting to purchase and confirm the postage for you.
Please note – if you chose Standard Post – it is not traceable, though definantly the cheapest option. If you would prefer tracking please choose the Registered Post option at check-out. When using Standard Post you will receive a lodgement number, not a tracking number.
International Customers Please Note: it is the customers reponsibility to pay for all duties & customs. Please check with your postal service for more information if you are unsure of your countries international postal system.
SugarSkulls can not be held liable for delays in postage due to customs delays – we will always post your parcel the next business day – though occasionally there can be delays with the receiving countries customs.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
We offer a ‘Signature on Delivery’ option during checkout that we suggest you select if you are concered about delivery. This way your parcel will not be left unattended. Or we suggest providing a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment, as we are not responsible for stolen parcels. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address including your post code as parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment options include Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Internet banking or bank deposit. Alternatively you may also pay over the phone with your credit card. Please phone 0448 880 434 if you would like to pay via this method.
I’m not sure on my sizings – are there additional measurements available?
Of course – we know how hard it can be to get the right fit. Should you be unsure on which size to purchase, please email us at info@sugarskulls.com.au and we would be happy to help.
We can provide actual garment measurements so you may compare the size against something you have of similar shape at home.
An item on your site is out of stock in my size – can you help?
Yes we strive to give exceptional customer service – and can more often than arrange the item you require to be available within a couple of weeks. Please contact us to arrange this special service.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes we offer FREE EXPRESS postage any order over $89 to any Australian or New Zealand address. Please note that the Sugar Skull Rugs and Sale Items are not included in the Free offer. We also offer competitive overseas rates – if the calculation at check-out doesn’t seem right, please email us at sales@sugarskulls.com.au so we can weight the products you wish to purchase to ensure the site has calculated your shipping correctly:)
