SugarSkulls Layby Terms & Conditions

1. Place your order via the website   www.SugarSkulls.com.au

2. Select bank deposit as your method of payment and write in the comments section of your order that you wish to layby.

Our Bank Details Are:

Westpac –   BSB 032055   ACC 967610  – please use your invoice number as reference.

3. You may make your payments via a Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa) – we will have to phone you to process these over the phone – just make a note in the comments of the order this is your preferred payment method).

4. A payment of 20% is required, followed by regular weekly payments of any amount you wish.

5. For international orders, please email us when you are ready to make a payment and we will send you a Paypal request for the amount you wish to deposit (you don’t have to have a Paypal account to use this service).   You can also phone 612 448 880 434 to pay deposits via Credit Card over the phone.

Important: If you fail to finalise your lay buy within 6 weeks (by making regular weekly payments) your layby will be cancelled. 20% from the original deposit is non-refundable.
If you have been making regular payments and need an extension – please email us at sales@sugarskulls.com.au – all extensions are at the discretion of SugarSkulls Management and will be assessed individually.
